Shipping & Delivery Information

All-Inclusive Pricing
The final price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. It includes all taxes and import duties (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). There are no hidden fees, and your order will be delivered directly to your door.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note the following tracking details based on your location:

• USA, Australia, and New Zealand (via UPS):
  Delivery: 4-9 business days.
  Tracking: Your tracking number will become active 1-2 days after the package arrives at the UPS hub in Hong Kong.
  

• Canada (via Air Cargo + UPS):
  Delivery: 15-20 business days.
  Tracking: Your package is first sent by air cargo. Tracking will only become available once it clears customs in Canada and is handed to UPS for final delivery.

• Europe (via Air Cargo + Local Carrier):
  Delivery: 10-15 business days.Tracking: Your package is first sent by air cargo to Germany. Tracking will become available after it clears EU customs and is handed to a local carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL, DPD) for final delivery.

• By Sea or Train:
  Delivery: Varies by destination.Tracking: Live tracking is not available during the main transit. Your tracking number will only activate once the shipment arrives in your country and is transferred to a local carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) for final delivery after customs clearance.
